Synopsis
A series of gruesome murders dubbed “New Generation Madness” one time induced bulk hysteria inwards Shibuya. At its superlative during a frenzied riot, a sudden earthquake reduced the district into naught only rubble, piece leaving surrounding wards strangely intact.
Six years afterwards, inward a newly rebuilt Shibuya, mysterious deaths start to crop upwardly once again. It is not long earlier third-yr pupil Takuru Miyashiro realizes a connectedness: the dates of the recent murders tally those of the New Generation Madness incidents. He, along amongst several members of his schoolhouse’sec newspaper club, make up one's mind to delve deeper into the mystery, alone to notice themselves stranded in the heart of a new offense scene themselves…
